Information we collect
When you place an order, checkout may collect your name, email, shipping address, billing details, payment status, purchased items, and order history. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by this site.

Frame & Field uses customer information to accept payment, create orders, ship purchases, and respond to support requests.
How it is used
Order information is used to process payment, produce and ship posters, provide tracking and support, prevent fraud, and maintain basic business records.
Service providers
We use Stripe for payment processing, Printful for print production and fulfillment, Supabase for order records, and Render for hosting. These services receive the information needed to perform their part of the order flow.
Data choices
To ask about your information, request a correction, or request deletion where available, email support@framefieldprints.com. Some order records may need to be kept for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.
Email support
Messages sent to customer support are used to respond to the request and resolve order issues. Do not send full payment card numbers by email.
