Damaged or incorrect orders
Email support@framefieldprints.com within 7 days of delivery with your order email, a short note, and photos of the issue. We will review the order and arrange a replacement or refund when the claim is approved.

Every poster is made for the order that placed it. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right.

Because posters are printed specifically for each order, returns for preference changes are limited once production begins. If you need a change, contact us as soon as possible and we will help if the order has not moved into production.
Please check the shipping address before checkout is complete. If an address needs to be changed, contact us right away. We cannot always redirect an order after production or shipment has started.
Cancellation requests are reviewed case by case. If production has not started, we will do our best to cancel the order before it is printed.
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls how long the refund takes to appear.
